Had miner backache since 10 years as I am computer worker, but last year I meet an accident then my backache was increased I kept on exercise regularly with physio. But my backache not reduced although it became increased, than I did MRI on date 09.10.2013. The report details are as under: Disc desiccation at L4-L5 level with broad based protrusion with propensity to the left, indenting the cauda equine nerve roots in the cal sac and left side nerve root in the left lateral recess. . Reduced lumber canal dimensions. Bilateral facetal joint hypertrophy at L3-L4, L4-L5 & L5-SI level. Please sir advised me what should I do, I am very depressed to see such as report. Please sir help me, I will be highly thankful to you forever.

Yesterday my sister given birth to baby boy he born with tumor like balloon type on top of spinal cord exactly just back side of belly button baby is don't have sensation for both legs when I Google in internet they are saying because of spina bifida could you please suggest us what it is why baby born with this how can we handle or any treatment options. My mother is suffering from pain in legs. Below is the MRI report of spine done before one year in Kathmandu, Nepal. Last week, we have visited a neurologist in Gorakhpur and then he advised for surgery. I am attaching MRI report's content. Please adivse. MRI of Lumbar Spine(Plain) Axial & Sagittal T1 & T2 weighted Images FINDINGS:Mild anterior displacement of L4 and L5 vertebrae. Diffuse disc bugle at L4-L5 and L5-S1 level. Central spinal canal is mildly compromised at L4-L5 level. Both L4-L5 neural foramina are compromised. Lumbar discs are desiccated. Normal alignment and height of vertebral bodies with normal marrow signal. Disc spaces normal. Apart from the changes noted above rest of the Central spinal canal appears normal. Lower part of cord is normal. Apart from the changes noted above rest of the Lumbar intervertebral foramina appear normal.rn• Apart from the changes noted above rest of the Lumbar intervertebral foramina appear normal. No paraspinal abnormality IMPRESSION: Mild anterolisthesis L4/L5. Degenerative changes in lumbar spine with mild central spinal canal and B/L neural foraminal stenosis at L4-L5 level.
"Craniosynostosis surgery for our 1.5 year old kid"
Our 1.5 Year child has been identified as having Craniosynostosis. So far 2 docters in Dallas, USA see that he has scaphocephaly from sagittal craniosynostosis and suggest surgical correction. rnWe need your opinion as well if surgery is really needed. I can send CT scan and -ray report CD of the baby's skull. Please let me know, if you would be able to look into this matter.
