Hi,In my grand mother's CT Scan report , it is mentioned Impression: Shrunken right lobe of liver with focal rounded hypodense lesion noted in segment 8 of liver? cirrhotic nodule/? metastasis.Splenomegaly with splenic hilum collaterals with moderate ascites and B/L mild pleural effusion.Mild omental mesenteric thickening.Long segment asymmetric bowel wall thickening is noted involving ascending colon and caecum with luminal narrowing s/o inflammatory/? Neoplastic bowel disease(Adv-Colonoscopy).Findings are indicative of chronic liver parenchymal disease with asymmetric bowel wall thickening.My grand mother's age is near about 70. It is also mentioned in detail report that length of involvement is approx 7.5 cm and maximum wall thickness is measuring approx 15 mm.Please provide your suggestion.It would be helpful for me.


"Anal fissure during breast feeding"

Hello Dr,I am a breastfeeding mother. I am hving fissure since 5 months,my dr gave me oxerute cream,cremaffin tonic & tablets for 10 days.I got seen bt later sometimes I cud see blood on bowel,sum pain also. Near the hole, teard portion came out slightly. Shall I continue tablets while breast feeding or not? Please answer me.
